Drone Diesel casting parts?
 

Guys,
I searched this forum for Drone Diesel parts and found that somewhere around 2002 DDD had produced some castings for the Drone. I didn't see if they did all the parts or just the case. Anyway, I have three of the BB versions, one has a small chip out of the front housing. Many years ago I fixed this with some epoxy aluminum, it has held but I'm now getting interested in using the Drone for Old Time Stunt event and think that the chip might fail and then we lose all the base compression. I looked on the DDD site and nothing is listed. I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any of the Drone castings around?

They appear on Ebay regularly. The casting may have a weakness in that the case wall is very thin on one side.
