Problem with this site???????????

Hi:

Every time in the past thatI attempted to post a message here, it does not work. I get a message that the time on the site has expired while I was composing the message and it would not post the message!

What can I do to prevent this from happening?

Oh yes, I lose the entire message when this happens.

I think there is an option when you log in that you can select in order to stay logged in, I can't remember exactly what it says since I haven't logged out, or been logged out, for the last year...

That doesn't fix it. It has to do with browsers. In Firefox, if I get the time out message I can just click the back button and it brings back the page and typed text. I understand this doesn't work in all browsers. Or you can get in the habit of pressing ctrl-a and ctrl-c before pushing the post button. If you get the error, just go back to the thread an paste your text back in ctrl-v.

I get the same error often. It does not seem to happen as oftenif I hit ctrl-A + ctrl-C first. That also allows me to re-answer the post with text I just copied.
Maybe it is due to the fact that a new post slipped in while typing away?

Franchi, the best way I have found is to avoid theunnecessaryworkroundsis to simply type what you need in Word (or a similar program) and then copy/paste/post.

Fareasier than monkeying around with time outs, keyboard shortcuts or what ever as you can take your time and also enjoy a real word processor rather than the limited on the forum.

Cheers.
