should the rear rudder be in the middle when i let go of the stick sometime will stay either left or right have to bump the stick to get it bat in the middle is there any adjustment for that hope i made sense

that depends on which gryo you have. The AVCS gryo does not move back to original position unless your tail move back to original position.

mine does the same, I dont like it. I prefer the auto centering ones. But what do I know im new to all this.

Auto centering is Rate mode and the proz all use HH mode. That's your best bet.
