Rotor head
 

so after my last crash i found out i needed to replace the feathering shaft....no big deal. after i got it all back together i noticed one blade grip moves very easily,but the other is extreamly stiff....i know i installed it all in the correct order so what could cause the stiffness in one side?i do not want to crash for something stupid again lol thanks for any advice.
