Exceed G2 Schematics and dissassembling
 

As a beginner and having read some of the material on this forum I see now thatI will need part 50H08-26. The splined head rotaes frely on the shaft. Does anyone have schematics for the G2 and, perhaps, instructions on how to disassemble and reassemable the machine?

Oh I've done this before. You need to remove 50% of the screw on the frame to take out that part at least. Remove screw from the frame from the tail to the middle of the frame. Have someone help you by kindly split the frame by pull it out. Then reach in to change the gear.
