I’ve this car for a few years, I haven’t used it 3 years and I now want to restart. Everything went fine, break-in.., untill I drove up a slope and I was losing power. 20 seconds later I had 0 movement. So far I’m guessing slipping clutches, I opened it up and found no Clutch Shoes, can this be the problem. When I first got it as a child I just used it twice. I throttle but only the flyweel spins, the clutchbell doesn’t move or sometimes little. The center gearbox spins with my clutchbell when I give my car a push and the drivetrain seems fine. I have drive it around 5 times so I don’t think anything is worn out.
