i have a serious problem with having to pay $7.70 for parts to be shipped to me, then recieve the package and nitrorcx.com only paid $2.54 to ship it, and i get used parts that someone has already had screws in, and the live chat people tell me that used is okay, but its supposed to be brand new, and it comes from china.

tammy: it all comes from china

and then she tells me if i want to return it for a exchange that i have to pay to ship it back to them? After i already $5.16 extra for the part to be shipped to me in the first place. my order # is yhst-14197398381157-14525.

Hope you can help me out. Order # is 407515. I ordered parts for my Forza and parts to convert it into a truggy. I received a second email to confirm my order and shipment but one item is missing and one item got added that I did not order. Item missing is rear Shock Tower for a truggy and Item added that I did not order is a set of tires and wheels for infinitive. I called yesterday and the peson that I talked to was no help. He said to keep the wrong item but did not mention in shipping the correct item to me. Please Help! All the parts I ordered for the truggy conversion will be useless if I don't get the rear shock tower.

Andy, Those are the things that I've ordered but these are the things that are on the 2nd confirmation.
As you can see below it has the wheel and tire that i did not order and the description of some items does not coincide with my order. Unless they are labeled differently but the same? If you can tell me by the pasted order confirmation below that all the items that I originally ordered are in the shipment then we are squared away (Minus the wheel and tire ofcourse.) Hey andy I made an order for some spare parts on 7-28-08 and I should have received the parts today 8-1-08, when they didn't arrive I checked the UPS tracking # and it still says billing information received, it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been shipped out yet......what's going on???? This order # is 407539, I also have another order pretty much with the same situation that order is 408847, i've tried e mailing nitrorcx with no response. Hello Andy. I bought the wrong size dogbone and Grub Hex. Screw (M3*4). The dogbone is unopened but the screws are. I need them for the braking system and the manual says that you need the M3*4 screws but they are to small. I was wondering if I could return the items and get the right one.

Do you sell the replacement Cylinder head (heatsink) for the .18 and also the pull start assembly? I stripped the glow plug threads and my pull start cord is wearing thin. getting ready to break any moment. let me know thanks!

Hi,

I just wanted to say, great product. I just got my Sunfire and its as expected. I changed out the pinion gear to a 25t and it gives it a bit more guts. Good Stuff for only $100.00. The only problem i've had so far is the steering servo locked up but what ev i can't complain i had spares to replace it. Good Job EXCEED!!!!! Keep up the good work

Hi Andy!
I was wondering if it was common for the Exceed Infinity to come without a brake linkage assy? The cam in the tranny is there as well as the brake disc and shoes. I'm missing the linkage from the throttle servo, all the way to the cam nut. Also, the grub screw in the cam nut is missing as well.
At first I thought that Exceed did away with the braking system, but my neighbor just got his (he was jealous that I could run rings around his Traxxas) and saw that he had the full brake system.
I checked the parts list on Exceeds website, but only the cam setup was shown.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I have run it, but it was missing right out of the box. I have pics of it shiny new before the first tank was run. It was also missing one of the zip ties around the exhaust boot, but I've already fixed that.

I'm not looking to get it for free (althought that would be nice), just wondering if this is a common occurance in QC when building. Also, any info/part numbers as to the linkage assy would be great so I can get them ordered if they aren't covered.
As far as the order #, I'm not sure where to find that. This was a gift from a friend (got it last fri), I think he bought it from egrandbuy or something.
