Sanction in, Radar secured, Lunch set, all we need is some hot stick pilots!

The 4th annual Carolina Speed Rally will be held on June 25th. Get those fast birds ready and come see how fast you really are. All types of models welcome except turbines due to a fabric runway. Proceeds will support the Hickory Air Museum.

Last year we hosted pilots from NY to FLA and saw speeds up to 211 mph. If you like fast planes and insane low passes this is the event you don't want to miss!

Less than a month away.
We have some new things happening this year. Hot food being one of them. Our new partners the Hickory Aviation Museum is going to let us use their full scale F-14 cockpit for the day so you can come see the real deal. I'm still working on some more pilot gifts from sponsors but they have always been nice in the past.
Hopefully we can get some more pilots and spectators this year and give out more of the 200mph stickers.

That's pretty amazing to see a plane with a 4.75" prop do 225 mph...!
Anyone figure out what the tip speed of the prop blades is..?
It would be interesting to see what kind of nitro engine could turn that size prop that speed.

If you are serious I'll. Do it! This is the best day of the year for me surrounded by friends, happy people, and speed freaks is what it's all about! We really need a big sponsor to get behind this and it will be awesome

Congratulations on another great event. 225 barrier busted!! I am so dissapointed that i couldn't make it but i have deadlines that i am still scrambling to meet. You are more than welcome for the goodies and it was my pleasure to provide them. While the future of Full Throttle Jets is unclear at this point, as long as we are in the sportswear business you can always count on a few goodies from Dalton Sportswear. Next year i intend to bring them myself! Good job with the sj50 Seth!!
