"in partloaded situation with 8/16/32kHz (depending on esc) you just are deep within the dangerous zone. also for eddy currents into the copper.
we found this by measuring this (only winded for show in 2010) 4+4 x 2,5mm YY 7050:

this is a 7050 with 9+9x1,8mm YY.
n spec is 132/V:

this one works very well and with good efficiency"
~powercroco~

Does PWM signals really count in skin effect? i should do some research...
"in fact in our motor sizes there is a win in efficiency by increasing copperfill up to 1,8mm wire diameter, 1,9mm is break even, 2,0mm or more brings more losses than wins.
using 2x1,4 II instead of 2,0 will give the better motor, as far it is just tested.

but I can't say, what is the detailed reason for the found result!
in 100% we discuss the eddy currents into the copper wires, for part load with high swithcing frequencies we think about something just like the skin effect.

"preoccupy the room" is xact the wording I was searching for "

2.0mm x 12 on a 4225 = Eta 93.5% !!!

He didnt like modisc DELTA 7050 because he wound 2.5 mm!! which makes much more sense.

what else amazzes me is the constants clearly show the Lehner also has higher efficiency. Di you notice your really not at 93.5 but .9347% The Lehner offthe shelf no winding ETA is .9358. Rounded to the nearest whole % his eta is 94% your is 93. The other issue is that has nothing to do with how much broader his efficiency curve will be because his ac and rotor performance is much better., He can also turn faster mechanically and with less loss. His knee is much wider and descend much further out. Plot it. U have not show it on your graphs.

Do you see the difference in our x units sir? His is 600 mine is 796 yours is 6000. And I know why you skew it....

He has excellent APLICATIVE stiffness. if you want to see where he drops at pull him out to 6000 amperes!!!

you can fool the squirrels but not me.

you cannot read a graph!

Hubert

Between the three motors it has the broadest high efficiency band.

THATS THE DIFFERENCE YOU NEGLECT IN AN ETA MAX READING!!!

I can just tell the truth..can you?

TTYL Crisco

I got yard work to do. It rained. A great day to spread..

Across the applicative range the Lehner kills the Black Karma Align in stiffness if you can read a graph. I can Christian. The Align is a better air core motor than Ralphs and it was fun 6 years ago LOL!

Its ashame the man cant read graph or be honest!!!

Love you boi

Good for you POWERCROCO because you were dead last in every category .

The "Scorpion Knockers" | Page 13 | RC-Network.de

yes id laugh it off too but the YGE 400 is just the 320 at it very limits it doesnt switch any faster and sports the old D2PAK FETS LOL

I do like how you used my idea to let the pigtails out in open air but thats not better than it terminating to a delta pigtail! It also has thin copper traces thats why it runs the solid buss bars beside the fet. my inverter is larger but it will utilize more copper. It aslo switches at 49khz which is faster than the 255 opto...t The best inverter YGE makes.

Is see your stand doesn't measure torque or thrust.

Thats also not enough bulk capacitance to deliver 600 amperes. LOL!

ull need about 12,000uF for a continuous 600 amperes.

And you have to have the battery.

Hi Hubert,
yes, he should go on digging in his old iron. He will not make a modern engine. We now know why he stopped working on his project in which he tested the Lehner rotor with the laminated magnets and the yoke made of laminated rings. As one of his insiders put it, the idle, part throttle and full throttle data was so much better that he would have betrayed himself how much better an engine with the tech is. So he covers up the results and writes that he has more important projects. The paper from the Swiss ETH Zurich University says exactly these results. Laminated magnets, windings of several conductors in parallel with a single twist. Liquid cooling of the stator and coils. Better heat dissipation when using the twisted coil conductors. I think that the readers have now realized what nonsense the Mr. serves them . To justify himself only because many simple engine manufacturers copy each other and copy the same mistake of the others He did not recognize. He's one of the big copiers himself and also the public clown who wants to impose his theories on everyone. Does he mean that the readers cannot judge for themselves what the universities, the Formula E engine manufacturers ect. made in developments. And by the way, we at Magnet Motor GmbH successfully applied for a patent for these developments 25 or more years ago and these are mass-produced in many military applications. lol .
How good your Align motor is to his winding frustration, yes of course he will never admit it because he doesn't even recognize where the innovation lies. The better controller from you will open their eyes, but they won't see why that's better either. Or you will belittle it again, as always.
I once asked Audioschmitt why he drives the Lehner 7050 in his go-kart and not the Scorpion 7050. His answer "Well, he doesn't want to be grilled by the poor efficiency of the Scorpion.
And the best for last, the Mr. writes that the motors the size of the Lehner 4125/5 draw only 3 amps no-load current on average. His super hand-wound 4225/6 easily takes 2 amps more than the Lehner, the Okon 4225/6 takes 18 amps, but has an almost 4000 rpm higher idle speed that should actually be corrected with a higher number of windings, so with even more copper that cannot be accommodated in the stator as well as the Ri would be even higher. This is the fake news of the gentleman.

Happy Amps Christian

Hi but this still needs to end. This is not how you create a high efficiency laminated rotor for a motor. .Sebastian should do whats tangible and wind i a hybrid.

Micha is correct. Post something worthy of academic discussion not on the table concept by people who cannot build it.

"Just in case anyone doubts whether the 7th turn would have fit into the slot.
There is nothing about or anything.

(Fortunately, I hadn't quite finished performing the comparison engine yesterday.)

Maybe you should also explain to your poc-brother that poc in this country is the currently politically correct inclusive term for people like him."
