I'm rewinding the align in the same exact configuration you cant beat to show you how to implement real cooling to the phase wires because you dont know anything about boat motor or what they really need. Thats why you are here at my forge.

will he tell you I dont know anything and just swung a possible engineering job right in his face to design bridge PCB's so how will it work? Lets see because who knows better how fair Ive treated him.

Youre a funny odd couple because I have to face reality. Its time to get to work. I have the BOM and the stator cuts and will send them out this week. . I dont know when the prototype inverter will be in but I need to get the bench completed.. Its also doesn't stop me from building my own. So lets see how all this goes..... I got quite a bit to do yet.

It is a 6530 engine in the 18N20P configuration of the original Croco project.
Actually, this double 9N10P is theoretically a really fine motor with a very high winding factor and good efficiency, albeit very complex in the winding.
What no one really knew at the time: The very unfavorable pull vectors, even with the "simple" 9N10P, which "helped" this engine to its very rough running, have a massive bell-deforming effect on the double engine.
We called it "egg power" at the time. This also develops a massive axial force component that tore the magnets out of each bond and pushed them down out of the bell.
We had tried to counteract this with the anti-wandering at the lower end of the bell. But that didn't really work out.

IT IS also NOT ideal for YGE! And that 65 series is a real dog. A better 65 series is the LEOMOTION aka NEU....WAAAY more torque.

Anyway Zubax want a 30 kW 480 volt solution so to me they want to get involved with EV, This small e dragger has always interested me...maybe ill retrofit the 77 242 volvo coupe with e power.

this is special made 5020 for a friend with different windings on both sides (each over 6 teeth) to make some test routines for ESC easier.
they can be use completely independent. one side has 600/V, the other 800/V.
If he wants, he also can use one side as motor and the other as generator.
he also wants to test, if he can use the break of the esc on the generator side to break it and give load on the motor side this way.
it's primary experimental and for fun.
Another bad idea at a half stator motor. One look at the Wind factor calulator and the guru would knpow neither motor will have a winding factor worh a flip as it missing and entire half of itself in the 360 rotation. Its also a wonder he deosn't consider this EGG power!
