And so it goes with the perfect fit to the boards. All i need now is just a 220 resistor and a 3 pin header now to solder it up.
Optical RPM and a TEDS capable Torque sensor on a real torque arm pretty much cover accurate measurement of the mechanical power side.

Il'll let the CNC shop that cuts the Nelsons speed plane engines cut it for me in T6. Ill make available CLUGH dyno kits in printed carbon fiber nylon composite with a small acquisition kit that kicks out the RAW data in .csv From there you should be able to view it in Castle viewer which is free and capture the real time data on the graphic vacuum florescent lcds or pc with Artemis based OPEN LOGGER acquisition. Again no plagiarism just more Clugh sht....Why wouldn't we utilize fully supported in open space smart technology readily available for idiots.

Then ill show you how to take two servos and two pieces of wood and build and accurate thrust and reactionary torque measure and view it on the radios Tx sweet pea.

Then you bs argue so much about nothing you don't even consider the guys that can do it already on Remote control Groups. You have Takao, You have JUUT (Felix with KISS synbred) You have Simon K Blheli32. Even Tony from APD is there. They are all hobbyist Ralph. that all have designed very sophisticated drives in their sleep. Some designed in open source and some proprietary like APD.BUT even Tony shares cad files of the basic pcb and templates to make the 3 FET bridges and the case. You can literally build you own drive within the APD footprint. already
Have any of you even looked at that as an Advanced hobbyist offering?

Ralph, I hate to break your heart baby but the YGE 320 on resistance is likely not low enough for your machines dc dance first of all. 2 16khz PWM is not enuf in low induction.If it was a slotless iroless motor 150 khz would be more like so lets say a 50/50 needs around 50khz or so for you lowest impedance machines. Talega can give you 48khz see what Im saying? If you insist ion Young Generation Electronic then the 255 opti is the choice. Its a faster drive computationally. He's also not going to compliment it with older DPAK2 FET technology. The transistors are faster and can dissipate more heat. It also has the well designed heat sink or liquid cooling. 320 has none.
It can also do 48KHZ PWM. They talk about the price of building an inverter but this one is nearly 800 euro.

One thing to note about the Open Source Komar BOM is that the FW current overlimit point for the hardware is 476 amperes.

Heres the top PCB not complete with all the drill patterns yet. The G code for this is already generated. Were almost ready to cut this.
It wont be soldered by me because it gets flowed in my new oven remember??? I did this just to show you how silly you all are arguing on the keyboard.
Where are the Boys? They don't build anything. All they do is type.

before I build the SiC based bridge I will contact Alan as I suggested and learn more about his split phase topology. Ill also look at the dual 3 phase operation which looks very promising
They do not have anything.....

Then Christian in a similar way you create the modular stack and run many fets in parallel. 2 bridge boards hold the current shunts the 3rd does not then you create the 4th logic board with mitochondrikLV, CAN, I2C, and USB communication and connectors on top. Clearly here the 12 pin header connects the logic to the powerstage modular stack. The outer headers carry the dc +/- rails It really isnt rocket science just time and attention has to be paid to routing and any special considerations they need.

This CAD file is also available open source. You cant see their routing or hardware selection but you have you're own BOM and Mitochondrik LV Logic.
Create you boards and bridges in a similar fashion and the u even have a benchmark footprint to achieve 31kw!!!

If I was to reverse engineer I would say that an additional or piggy back bootstrap ps has been added to a typical FET drive topology to drive all the on gates. All the parallel fets give you the low on resistance and power sink capability but you have to be able to drive all the gates in the commutation scheme @ pwm..
