That plane is not new... it was their "fast plane" before the Magnum was released...

My guess is they started production again because of "popular demand"...

The original Tigershark was a flat balsa plate wing design... I wonder if they did anything to improve that...

Hey guys,

I've flown the predecessor. At first with Webra 50 GT, then with a 61 Webra speed w. pipe (had to cut the nose though...). It flies like it is on rails. It's fun to fly but by no means faster than the magnum (which I havn't flown yet ;-( ). Might be a good choice for a first "speed" plane. It is fun to see how much aerodynamics affect top speed. My Me-163 with the same webra 61 goes WAY faster than the Tigershark.

Hope this helps.

been around a long long time.

recently making a come back.

very very quick, and with a west 50 magnum setup, probably faster than a magnum.

still a flat sheet wing

faster carters? read the site, Magnum is at 200, the Tigershark is 150
it's just a throw back to a VERY! popular plane. CPLR and Corbin to name but two happy owners.

I think you'll find its now an ARF as opposed to a kit, much easier no?
