RE: sig wonder!
I had one with a Magnum .15 and it was pretty quick, especially out of a power dive into a low pass down the centerline. Flew best with an APC 7x6. After a while, I switched out the .15 for an OS .25 FP. That was a mistake. No faster and the extra weight didn't help either. Was going to change back, but I drove it into a telephone pole and that was the end of that.

RE: sig wonder!
My friend just maidened his this weekend with a magnum .18 on front. It was not that fast. I'm not very good at judging speed, but I guess it was going aroung 65 at 3/4 throttle (mind you this is a new engine not fully broken in yet).
He is already talking about putting a 25 or 32 on it...

RE: sig wonder!
that engine wont make it the fastest plane at the patch but a 7x7 apc will help, use two mini servos HS-85MG for throttle and elevator and a standard for the throttle to keeep it light. even a small 270 ma battery to save weight. it will be quick and very agile. you can throttle back and fly it like a park flyer too Wonders can be flown very slow and right on the deck

RE: sig wonder!
I have built 4 of these and I would put a OS .32 on the front. It is a shoehorn job but it makes the plane lots of fun to fly. Just watch the balance and reinforce the tail and the wing dowels.
