Default PATRIOT downed

My most appreciated model was lost today at 1400 hrs GMT +1.
It served in my fleet for +2years.

Ignoring one too many of glitches.[:@]

On a slightly banked very low high speed by pass, it suddenly rolled further more and hit the ground with wingtip.

No more Patriot this summer. [&o] But, I have another kit laying around!! so this autumns evenings are secured

Quoting Arnie feels right: " I'll be back!"

What! the wing and back fuse look good. Some CA and patches and it's as good as new

Really, sorry for your loss. Looks like she was a beauty.

Thank you Pete for your condoleances!

Well, usually after a few days I take another look at the remains . Often I begins to repair.
But after just a few hours I'm not feeling for it.

Yes, I loved it (and so did the spectators)

Sorry to hear about your loss. That was a very good looking Patriot. Have any more pictures before the crash?

That's too bad... looked great.

What kind of retracts are on that plane?

Thank you all! this is what this community stands for; Helping brothers!
It was powered with a Rossi .53 tuned and piped turning apc 10*7 at 16.600 on the ground. (full of dirt! now oiled in and waiting for disassembling, damages? don't know yet

retracts are Eurokit air operated, legs Eurokit (almost undamaged)

Sorry to see that bird go.

Very nice color scheme......sorta reminds me of a F-100 with test/chase color pattern

Can you direct me to some info on the landing gear?? Those look pretty nice.

I have the eurokit struts down here I bought on ebay a couple of years ago. I never knew what they were or where they came from, I just liked the way they looked and operated.

Sorry about your patriot, but can you tell me where I can find the eurokit gear and struts?

I've owned over 10 patriots and currently have three RTF, they are simply spectacular flying airplanes.

Good luck with your next speed plane. Your pictures are making us ill!
