Oops, missed that you were looking for the CG too. Can't help. If you were looking for the Shrike 10 I could go to the garage to look it up, but don't have a 40.

About the manual, not at all cheap. I think their policy is pretty lame.

The initial CG point is 6" back from the leading edge of the wing at the fuselage.
You may wish to adjust this later to suit your flying style.

Shrike 40 Control Throws Low
Ailerons .5"
Elevator .75"

Thank You Dave. Now to go fly this thing. Hey what the heck, it's spitting outside, man what about all those songs about "it never rains in Southern California" Darn.

Where do you fly at Dave?

Have not been to El Mirage for a couple of years now. Since some clown in a Motorcycle tried to race one of our jets into the runway while we where landing. The very next time out we had our first and ever lock out at El Mirage. Someone shot down a Maverick, Since we carry the handheld scanners, we foud three frequncies in use all of of sudden, but we could not determine exactly where in the Dry lake. Now if I go up there, I stick to Rabbit or jsut go to P.V.M.A.C in Chino, better known as PRADO
