Ok I heard what most of you guys do for a living, but now I want to hear what it was you wanted to be when you grow up.....or for some of you, what do you still currently want to be when you grow up (if you ever do...)???

RE: Dreamers!
Get paid to ride fast motorcycles and drive fast cars. I still do it on rare occasions but more as a favor than anything else. I got a better chance of my wife lusting after me 24-7 than the getting paid part.[sm=bananahead.gif]
Guess I will just have to settle for building and flying little airplanes.

Dream job:
1. 747 Captain for major airline
Dream Job #2:
2. Get paid to test new RC aircraft
As regards to dream job #1, after taking some introductory Cessna flights, I discovered that I get airsick real quick. On the second flight, I took Dramamine (but I didn't help much).
Thus
Dream Job #3
3. NTSB Air Crash Investigator

RE: Dreamers!
You know , it's a crazy world we live in. Maybe being a private pilot is cool if you don't go up consistently. It keeps the fun alive. Flying in the military as a job is really cool for maybe a few years but then it can get very old. YOur trying to find ways to get out of a flight so you can take care of some trivial stupid thing or you just don't feel like it. Let somebody else go. How can this be? It just is. YOu'd be surprised as to how many would rather go home and paint the den instead of taking a flight on a hot jet or in my case "helicopters."
