My first speed demon, just which one.
Looking to break out of the mold and try a little speed but would like some advise on the first time around. I like the prop jet look like the Phoenix F-20. I wanted to stay 40 or 60 size ARF, Im not much for building kits. I do have a Lanier Shrike ARF in the box hanging around that might do the trick?
I also would like to try a Jett engine and muffler, which would allow an easy
bolt in installation.
Let those thoughts fly, I feel the need for speed.

TOFAST- Propjet eh?
1ST pic: The GP Patriot is very fast, as for F-20's SEVERAL are made these days the best I believe (correct me if I am wrong Revvers) is the Juno version which is a remake of the Direct Connection F-20.
2ND pic: Angel designed and builds his own super fast airplane (Tail dragger but cool looking) called a Rifle.
3RD pic: Weston makes the "Magnum" an inexpensive ARF prop-jet that is hand launched and can hit 170's with the modified Webra (West-50) or the Jett-50.

Thanks for the pics. I have a Shrike in the box and wanted to try the F-20 ARF but if I go for the SJ-60LX I wont have much budget left for another ARF. Having some issues on which bubble jett fuel tank will fit in the Shrike though.

Yeah the Jett's are expensive!
The F-20 would fly really well with a Webra-50GT, OS-50SX, or similar. These can be found used on here so check the market place. The Mag-52 is strong and fast although I would skip it [X(]
