Jett 50/60 owners- help please...
Hey guys...
If time/situation/engine status permits ... those of you who own SJ50 or BSE 50 (or 46, or 60LX) engines, can you place it on a scale, and see what your engine weighs ? (all up .... muffler and all if applicable).
No need to uninstall it from the plane... just if you have one on the bench/in box at the moment.
Thanks
Bob

SJ 50 about 4-5 years old.
1lb 3 oz on the nose with no prop.
this does include the spinner nut, remote needle, and a couple short lengths of fuel line, green of course!

I have a Jett fire .46 that weighs 12.9 ounces without the pipe and 17.7 ounces with the tuned pipe, adapter and coupler. My LX60 is installed in a Diamond Dust and I believe that it weighed about the same.

My SJ50, with spinner nut, no prop, no muffler (sorry it's at home) weighs exactly 395.2 grams. I happened to have it sitting here to measure up for a CAD drawing.
