Brand new in the box OPS 60 SP VAE, from the 2013 production run.
Apparently they changed the head button on these, they now take "turbo" glowplugs. The rest looks unchanged apart from the barstock bearing housing (vs. the old sand cast one).
Beautiful piece of machinery!

Now all I need to do is design a plane around it :o

The little guy "rocked on" for 10 years without stopping. Leave it to RCU to figure out a way to put an end to that.
Just build a nice, simple, 36 inch delta to get that engine airborne while you spend the rest of your spare time building the ultimate plane out of fiberglass, styrofoam and epoxy paint.

Yes, the barstock front end is stock in the 2013 production run. And it's interchangeable with the sand cast ones.
