newbie with motor/plane question

I'm new here so please put up with what is an odd question ... well, maybe not here. I have a NIB OS .91 Ducted Fan engine. Its for a scratch built DF F-15 that I am not going to have time to do for at least another year. I am looking for a home for it. I don't have time to build so an ARF is the only option I am looking for. I'd like to put it in a prop plane. It has a couple of drawbacks though. It is L-o-n-g (rear intake), heavy (made for 22000 rpm with the df), and rear exhaust. I'm not interested in a classic upright engine mounted pattern plane. I have modern pattern planes and prefer the modern designs and how they fly. But fast something could be interesting. I have no adversion to a pipe, but the plane must have room for it. A possiblity is a Weston short pipe but they are tuned for DF and the 22000 and I know with a prop, even a small one I'd never get on it.

I'd also appreciate any info anyone might have on how one of these things acts on a prop from anyone who might have experience. Prop size, any torque, what rpm to tune it to. '

thanks,

bob
