What is on YOUR building board?

Just trying to get a new thread going... A place where we can show our projects- Whether a design or a KIT or ARF, whatever you got goin' let's see it!

Mods-R-Me I know is design/building/ and hopefully kitting the "Modkat". (All Revvers are required to buy one!) ;)

Angel is always up to something- maybe he will post info about the waiting list for the Rifle or pre-orders for the T-38? (Again Revvers need to buy these!) ;)

Anybody building a Patriot or F-20? Outlaw or Shrike?

I got nothin' right now after finishing the Magnum---

Scratch build allmost at paint stage OS77VRDF for power Ultimate Spinner on order to make it more pointy, wings will be clipped after initial flights.
It will be big brother to the far right pic, a OS46VF powered 40 size scratch build, it was pretty respectable out of a dive but hard to see on the big fast loops.

"What is on YOUR building board? "

Ok, I made an honest attempt to take a look last night.
On my work bench...
- two servos and extensions that have to install into my Yak
- wing for a predator that needs the ailerons sealed
- two mylar parachutes for my daughters rocket
- 3 refrigerator magnets which apaprently my wife expects me to glue/repair
- a mostly-empty thunder tiger .40 box
- roll of masking tape
- instruction manual for my Cermark F-16
- half of a chocolate chip cookie

Along side my building board, awaiting some long overdue attention...
Cermark F-16 ARF
Protec F-15 ARF
GP F-14 (built, complete, requires covering/paint)
Skyshark Christian Eagle (done, needs some attention to the fuel system)
SU-27 Kit
F-18 Kit
F-20 Kit
F-4 Kit

ok..... enough.... this is depressing.......!

Thank you Thank you veryy muuuuch:D You know, part of being a true "revver" is to look beyond and create. Go where no man has gone before. Not only push the "envelope" but open it up and see whats inside. In my case-bubblewrap!:D What was I thinking?

Can you see me pulling up to an Imacc contest and pull this thing out of by glove box

Just opened the box to my Shrike 40 ARF and this popped out!

http://www.fototime.com/6F8E120EA9BCD59/standard.jpg

What a quality looking ARF it is! Not a wrinkle in sight.

http://www.fototime.com/84DC22AAB58B2AB/standard.jpg

All laser cut wood. CA glued joints as well as epoxy on the wing tube support.

Covering job is immaculate. Look at the symmetry on these vertical fins:

Not bad for 'Asian schoolgirls', right?

Did you see the flooring in that guys shop[X(]? No glue stains, paint drips, burn marks or nuthin! I gotta go over mine with a sharp edge every 6mo to keep from feeling like I am walking on cobblestone.:)

The shrike looks very nice. I noticed a strange wrinkle in the pred wing today and decided to examine a little closer. There was something dropped on it before I got it. It was given to me from a LHS that was clearing out. Now I get it. Do I fix it or get ahold of the MFG in Georgia that I have made less than flattering remarks about in the past? They make some pretty nice looking Shrikes too. And I did like the Corsair I had made by them.

What to do?

RE: What is on YOUR building board?

Vic your cares are NOTHING! I re-kitted my Magnum today after the engine seized... (see thread called something like, magnum thrashed West-50 toasted)

I am so p-i-s-s-e-d I dunno what to do... I was laughing all day with Pops cuz my biggest concern was the launch and my 81 Y.O. dad. Launch was PERFECT, took quite a bit of elevator to fly level, engine seized before I could even BEGIN trimming her... Nose heavy full of fuel, no elevator left for flairing---turns out... I pulled a little more on the stick but

Whip flight #1 was great... #2, Pops held her up and when I BEGAN to advance the throttle to WFO he tossed her (1/2 throttle maybe?) I killed the engine and the Whip went through the pilot line safety net, breaking a rudder-fin. (Easy fix but bad day!)

SO I have LESS airplanes and NO MONEY for Revvers II ..... shhh----- it

One thing for sure is I have no idea how well this thing is going to go. I ordered the .15 CV-A for it.

Well, projects that will get done over the next few months:

1. CMPro Leo 110 pattern plane, almost there, just need a couple minor items.

2. BVM Super Bandit, about 75% painted, just need to finish up the paint and do the install

3. Lyle Larson Vendetta with JETT 50 for e-dave

4. Lyle Larson Vendetta with Nelson Q 40 for me!

http://pics.lgmguitars.com/pics/vendetta/IMGP3406.JPG

5. Graupner Race Rat, built, just needs covering and paint

Stuff that would be uber cool to get finished in the next few months but it's not likely to happen due to lack of turbines

1. CAI Raptor sport jet (middle jet in the pic)

http://pics.lgmguitars.com/pics/moto...w/IMGP3294.JPG

2. Aviation Design Exocet (have 2, one unstarted and one nearly ready)

http://pics.lgmguitars.com/pics/exocet/IMGP3519.JPG

But amazingly enough, I'm hoping that Santa brings me the new Top Flite Beech Staggerwing biplane. I've never had a biplane and I've always loved the staggerwing, I would love to have that one, gotta be good I guess!

Dear Santa,

I have been very good this year and would like two Dub Jett 90Ls for my projects: the F-4 needs a JETT and servos and I will build the Midwest Mach 1 kit I bought last week.
