What does it weigh? I have the older one an it is 4 lbs. much to heavy!! Also because of the weight a bugger to launch. I also have Jett Fire 50 but not with high rise header.

Hey Flipper:

We have more fun with the Mode 1 and Mode 2 flying than you can believe. We get in friendly (and not so friendly) teasing about the Modes, the correct Mode of course is 1.

This is the $200 whiplash. Put it on a deli scale 4.51 Lbs the only weight that could be saved is replace 1100mahr battery with standard 600ma pack.

for these first flights my buddy did the hand launch, more like release,

once i get comfortable with it, I will do my own launchs...hold the pipe and a gentle forward swing a nearly full power.

does anyone have the weight of the whiplash airframe?
the extreme is 26 oz. according to aerojet.
