Something very different.

What do you guys make of this? I found it on youtube.

Notice the fire extinguisher,sits hidden under the table.

In the heat of crisis some people just cannot think rationally. They just react and forget the obvious and correct solution.

I think it's hilarious.. mind you it sucks for the owner. The continued footage with the extinguisher in plain sight makes it priceless.

One more reason to stick with Nitro and stay away from the kerosene and lypos.. :D

When I first got into the hobby we flew open exhaust control line and glow fuel fires happened a lot from priming the exhaust port. One fire was caused by a very well known local pylon racer who also happens to work for the Seattle Fire Dept and to make a long story short we had to call the trucks :D
2 other guys on the scene of the crime were fire alarm system installers.
Dry grass, no water, blankets or fire extinguishers.

Similar mindset perhaps to the running joke I used to hear among the electricians across the counter was that they were often the worst for having a haphazard bird's nest of a panel at home, despite the care they took on the job.
