Marc,
I didn't say I couldn't or wouldn't adapt to the new site. I was simply observing that the other was more comfortable for me. I will still hang around. I will participate in what I like and ignore the rest.

Steve,
Glad to hear you will hang around. You won't find a more feature rich source of Radio Control information on the internet then right here. It absolutely will take traders time to get used to this format if they have been using forums for years. Some will never adapt. Doesn't mean they are bad people. Just means this way of doing things isn't for them.
As the owner of the site however, I needed to look at how sites that are huge deal with volumes of items for sale and success leaves clues. Like it or not Amazon.com and Ebay are very successful. This isn't by chance. The methods they use to classify information is widely adapted at 1000's of sites across the net. Forum trading is fine for small niche sites. At 65,000 users and a head of steam on RCU to hit over 100,000 in the first quarter of next year I could no longer think small or RCU would have crumble under its own weight. Some may or may not believe it but all the information bubbles up to me and as the founder of RC Universe I will do what I believe is necessary to keep this site viable, thriving and around for years to come as a service to hobbyists of all ages around the world.
I'm closing this one off as it has run its course. Thanks for the comments and feedback fellas.
