Default first motor swap - pull start to non pull

Im going from the stock pull start AE.15 engine that comes with the RC10GT to a OS12 non pull start. I also bought the non pull start motor mount .

My question is do I also need to get the non ps Clucth Assembly and the non ps Manifold as well? I assume I do, but was wondering if the stock pull start ones would do . Anything else needs to be done

Any other tips or info would be appreciated, this is my first motor swap.

Thank you

you really should just get a mip 4in 1 clutch it may require a bit of simple modification to the OS but its only 10.00$ and a helluva lot better.

You need to adjust your throttle linkage. Set it so that (trim to the middle) when you are not pulling the trigger, the throttle is fully closed. Then push forward to engage the brake. If the throttle still moves towards closed a hair, adjust out the slack so that when the trigger is in the middle (neutral) position the carb is fully closed. If it will not idle here, turn the throttle set screw clockwise until it will idle quickly but not "creep".

You can use the pull start header as well, it will just have a nice gap in the back.
