MT 2 vs Nitro Rustler
Does the nitro rustler really break after a gallon of gas or whats the average life span of it? Whats all around better for big jumps and bashing, what 1 is more durable.. What has a better engine life, and more hop ups. Its up to you guys what i get.. So tell me what u know thanks.
If i put better shocks on the rustler would it be as good or better then the mt for jumping?

I can barely understand what your saying dude..
Noone really cares about speed, traxxas designs there cars to be fast but has nothing to back it up, what good is going 52 mph if you cant hit no jumps and have to worry about wrecking it if u hit something.. Rustlers are crap in my opinion.. Id rather have a relyable truck and beable to jump it.
You dont know what your talking about u dont even own a nitro truck, i garentee when u get that rustler and u run into something or land hard on a jump and break it your gonna wish you got the mt or a monster truck..
By the way i know this kid in real life

Go with the Rusty its a good truck If you break anything replace with alum. parts. If weight is an issue replace broken parts with RPM parts. I have a rusty with a OS .18 on it I bash it almost everyday. The Mt looks alright but it hardly has any aftermarket parts for it.

RE: MT 2 vs Nitro Rustler
I like my ruslter thats what i would pick. the mt2 is 4x4 and the rustler is x2. the ruslter is faster than mt2 and its great at just bashing, jumps, and racing. i have every thing stock i have had it for a year and havent broken anything. so i would go with the rustler and the engine is great. and im only 12[>:]

RE: MT 2 vs Nitro Rustler
rustler all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
info
in order to get huge air...
dont you need to go fast
and it is up to the guy whos buying it
if he likes off road going on huge rocks and climbing hill this steep \ then stay with the other car
if he likes off road dirt and running over small rocks and doing huge jumps/ nitro rustler
and its better to get the one that lives close to you
you dont want to drive 50 mile to go to dirt
get the nitro rustler you can drive it while your driving a car! lol
but you shuold get the nitro rustler you can drive on the street for speed and make jumps
but the other it goes slower and dont get much air
so go with nitro rustler for speed jumps dirt
get the other for off road and ... thats all i can think of

RE: MT 2 vs Nitro Rustler
i have had my hpi mt2 for a little over a month now, runs strong and fast. as for the aftermarket parts there is alot of aluminum parts already available for it, tower hobbies even stocks alum suspension arms and alot of others, on a scale of 1 to 10 i give it a ten, hpi really cares about the customers, mine came with extra hub carriers and parts that will break in a bad wreck, go with hpi they are good
