Default AXI by Model Motors BIG Problems please help

Hi Guys,

I have had two esc's destroy them selves. The latest one managed to strip two micro servos as well.

The first one, an axi 282010 (8x1700cp 11x7 prop ) , on landing, I had a prop strike, not even enough to chip the prop, the esc lost a phase or something and my local dealer refuses to repair or help in any way, the esc has been sent to Chech and they dont respond.

The second, AXI 220834( 1100mah 3 Li-Poly 9x3.75 prop) shock flyer setup, flew 15 seconds and then all servos went to maximum throw and back, stripping the gears.

If anyone can tell me what happened I would be greatful, my flying budget cant cope with this.

Sounds like cheap esc's to me. I regularly slap my foamys in and have the motors run for a second with the prop jammed, no troubles. I've only used E-Flite and pixie esc's tho.

Thanks very much for the advice, I have not checked the Rx yet. I hope it is not also fried.

I am going to give Jeti a try, these Model motor esc's are just not working for me. backup service (none).
