Default Problem with Fuji 50 EIS

Hi all, this is my first post in the forum. I just get this new Fuji 50 with electronic ignation system but the engine won't start. We the ignation battery is a 4.8V and it's full power. We tried to see if there were spark from the sparkplug but there aren't any. i really don't know what to do. I tested my battery from the place that i charge it, and it gives 5.1V.. but if i test it on a connection after the ignition block, the battery is at 3.8V....

So is that the problem??

Thank you , Alex

sounds like a bad switch. There is a magnetic switch on the prop hub. Take the spark plug out turn the batt switch on and turn the prop. you should see a blue spark. If you dont try passing a magnet across the sensor. The magnet in the prop hub could be demagnatized. sounds like a bad switch. There is a magnetic switch on the prop hub.
