22e questions
i know you have all gotten this befor and i have looked in all the other forums but i could not fimd what i was looking for well i just got a walkera 22e and i was seeing if you all could send me some pics on the head and the lenghs of all the tie rods and help me set this heli up and any tips would be nice thank you

help me i dont know how to do anything the picth on one blade it more than the other one i dont know how to fix have just spent 2 hours trying to fix it but cant finger it out

To set up your head, start by turning on your Tx and then connect the battery to the heli and allow the servos to center. Now disconnect the battery. At this point you want to check that the servo arms are close to parallel to the floor. If any of them are way off, take the screw out, pop off the servo arm, and try to put it back on parallel. You can't get them perfect and I think pointing slightly up is better than down. If you have to remove any of the servo arms, you may want to recenter them (turn on the Tx and then connect the battery). By the way, AWAYS turn on the Tx BEFORE you connect the battery and disconnect the battery BEFORE you turn off the Tx.
Now that your servo arms are about parallel, start with these link lengths (length is the total length measured from the end of each length) :
Servo to swash: 35mm
Swash to see-saw: 36mm
see-saw to blade grips: 21mm
You will now want to check that your swash plate is level front to back and side to side. Adjust the links from the servos to the swash plate to level the swash plate. Next, check your blade tracking. With the helicopter securely held down, throttle up to about half throttle. Be very careful! Look from the side and see if your blades are tracking together. If not, you can either lengthen the short link from the see-saw to the blade grip, or shorten the long link from the swash plate to the see-saw to increase the pitch of the lower blade and bring it up to the track of the upper blade. Adjusting the short link has a much greater effect than adjusting the long link.
The next thing you may want to do is adjust the knobs on your Tx. There's plenty of info in the "Let's talk" thread.
