just wondering if any body shopped @ xheli.com, if so, how were they to deal with? shipping times, etc. They are the cheapest esky belt cp parts i've found, seem to have lots in stock too ?

Take a look at these threads:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5775064/tm.htm
and
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6854688/tm.htm

I've not used them, so I can't offer a personal experience.

Searching the BBB database also turns up this:

Hope this helps.

I've ordered from ehirobo many times with no problems, also from rchelicoptershop, esky-heli, hooobby, heli-hobby, rc711... etc.

Also try ushobbysuply and ka-planes, both in the US. On ebay there's a store called "Gadgets and Collectibles Canada" contact Ken there and put the pressure on him to carry belt cp parts. Best shipping I've ever seen, never taken more than 2 days and one flat shipping fee regardless of how much you buy. Unfortunately, he only carries parts for the lama v3/v4 and king2 but the more interest he gets in the belt cp the more likely he'll carry it.

I'm glad to hear about Ken up north. I recently ordered several parts from him. Decent prices, and yes, great shipping. He was very communicative during the process, too... Letting me know when a part would be back in, emailing again right after he posted that part on eBay again, verifying shipping address since it was different than PP had, etc. Since I only have a K2, I'm OK with the parts so far, but can understand wanting BCP stuff, too. Looking forward to getting my order from him.

Raidentech and xheli are the exact same place. I've had decent experience, but it's gone downhill fast. And the prices are not necessarily the best for parts. Check carefully all parts against helidirect.com and you'll find many that HD has way cheaper. Not all, but service from HD is far and above what raiden and xheli have.

I've ordered from xheli twice and have had no problems. The service was ok. I've found parts not only for the belt CP but for just about anything a lot cheaper though. I just got an order in from Hooobby, took five days.

I ordered a Heli...came in exactly in the time frame promised. Packed great.
I ordered spare parts for my HB on 2 occasions and the package was shipped within 24 hours of my order.

I emailed to ask about one of the packages and got no reply, however, the package was at my house when I got home!

I have spoke to them twice on the phone and they gave me all the info I needed.

I will use them again,

I had this same experience with Ken. I ordered the upgraded pulley and belt for the HBK2 from him. The part was reasonably priced, his communication was great, and the installation instructions were very well done and easy to understand. Great guy.... great part.
