Hi Florent and Oxi73,
you might havn't got it, but this thread is about a masterpiece of work and has nothing to do with your ARF Kits made in China. Would you mind to open your own thread and do not use this one here to get attraction. Remember the thread was named "big SU 27 Flanker Project in Germany"
and not "hijacked this thread for fishing for compliments"
I am sure you can generate your own fans in your own thread.
Regards
Andreas

27 Thumbs up Harald. Although I saw a very large SU27 model flying very gracefully, this video was about a guy with a dream and the dedication and determination to see it come to fruition.
Much respect to this dreamer.

I havn't used flaps and speedbrake at the maiden.... i'm sure the plane can slow down very very well.
I'm very very pleased with the flight characteristics so far....
The plane flew very stable and good contollable.
Remember, the plane weights 48kg wet, it's not a hot air ballon, it feels like a jet.
I sure will need some more flights to achieve the optimum performance and stick-feeling.
But for now, i'm very very happy and i'm looking forward to the Jetpower event, and i hope to meet many of You crazy Jet-Guys from all over the world.
best regards,
Harald

I didn't expect the change of direction the last couple of seconds upon landing onto the tar, it looked as if it was going to get to a standstill on the grass.
None the less
Congrats! Truly a Masterpiece in flight and it must've been an experience that will not be forgotten being the pilot.
Heck i won't forget looking at the maiden on the video, i need to see more.
Anyone Give me a reason why it should not be re-produced in Kit form.
"No reason?"
That's what i thought
btw ("another video of the Su27 is in the pipeline right?" )

@skytrooper2:
I can´t talk for Harald, but I figure the press on him for making this a kit is very hard, especially as the whole project was making a kit for a plane so he got all the moulds and stuff... lets see what comes out of this. I´d love to see a squad flying these planes in formation :-)
Cheers,
Frankie
