Default Red Star R/C Yak-3?

Has anybody built and flown the Red Star R/C Yak-3 kit? Just looking for some opinions on the overall build and flying qualities.

Thanks,
Tony

Yep, built one about 2 years ago.

Build is very simple. Take your time, and its actually rather easy.

Flying is a joy. No bad habits. I overpowered mine a bit with an OS 55.

And yes, they are still around: http://www.redstarrc.com/main.html

That being said, I have grounded all my glow powered planes. They are either too small or getting too expensive to fly on a regular basis. Smaller stuff will be converted to electric or sold...
