HELP! Can't get plans off the foam.

I used 3M spray adhesive, but I guess I put it on too heavy. Now I can't get the paper plans unstuck from the foam.
Any ideas on how do it?

Might try to GENTLY heat it with a heat gun. 3M77 will soften with heat. or you can toss it and try again.
