I've enjoyed my Formosa very much. It has the usual road rash, dings, and dents after many hours of flight under the command of my dimwitted thumbs, but is structurally still just fine.

I'm thinking of a full refinish to much better than original. One thing I want is a nice tough skin with a good paint job. The plane flies with a brushless motor so I'm not terribly concerned about a slight weight gain.

How about some suggestions about how to toughen up this great plane?
