the servo try requires a little work before it can be glued in, however, now is a great time to trial fit the tail feathers and the plate itself.
You can also try your motor out for a rough fit to see where you need to cut, if any, to fit your motor in.

Motor tray and servo mounts
remove the servo tray/ motor mount and tes fit your servos. you will be modifying this plate with some wood to provide a little more support . . but more on that shortly.
This is a rock solid plane, the weight is still super low in the grand scheme of things.....
