Have no idea of "Himax"-stuff...
But if you want "unlimited performance" for pattern AXI 2808/24 on 3S LiPo is good and could guide you to Himax-versions. Compare amperes!
A combination I have seen working great is Mega 16/15/3 on Cobri gear. More than enough and not to noisy. 18-25 ampere on 3S guarantees good performance...

PS: CapsLock is "ON" on your PC...

Himax 2812-1080 outrunner is a good choice. Needs a 20 amp control and use an APC 10x3.8, 10x7, or 11x3.8. The 3 cell 2100 does a good job with this set up and you get long flight times. If you want a motor that has extreme power and performance look at the Himax 2816-1220 outrunner. This motor handles from a 16 oz airplane to a 40 oz airplane. APC 11x3.8 with a 20 amp or 25 amp control and a 3 cell 2100 battery.

Will the 2816 kill the battery faster? I like to have long run times like 15 minutes or more. Also, what would you use fer me? I like to have screaming strait up performance for good aerobatics.
