Default More info, please

Span, weight, dia. of motor opening, ect,? a speed 400 will most likely do it, keep us posted.

Default Electric Sundance

I bet you can get parts for that from Cox. Try the customer service number 800-525-7561 and ask for Ted Lewis, x314. Describe what youre after and ask him to dig around.

If you are willing to modify a little, today's gear might be a metter bet that what was used in the past. Post the specs and specific suggestions mighe be generated. Wingspan & area, or chords, airframe weight, etc

The guess of a speed 400 will probably be on target, but use a geared prop, 2.5 to one or higher. There is a good chance the original specs were for a direct drive Mabuchi 540, close nuff to a speed 400, but gearing will work alot better.
