extra 300 Questions
 

Building the Extra 300 from Rc Powers and was wondering what motor, ESC, Batt size and servos I need for this plane ..This is my first Foamy and my first Electric ...Thanks in Advance

Think the "Nasty" was from someone other than Powers, but regardless it is one of the better foamy flyers out there. The Nasty is very closse to the RC Powers Extra 300 which I have abd it is without a question the best foamy I have had so far including the Airfoilz yet. Now, I did tilnker a little, added some aileron width and rudder width, and 6MM depron. Motor is Turnigy C 2826 with GWS 10 X 6 and Turnigy Plush 30A. Runs cool, hovers 1/2 throttle am using Lightflight 1350 3S- 35-70C batteries. You could use the specks from Powers as a good guide. ENJOY

i dont know if it to late but a super tiger 370 with a 30 amp speed control and a 10x4.7 prop pwoerd by a 1300 mha batt works good for me.
