I used the send a pm option to a seller today, but no copy of it shows in my sent box. I did it a second time, and again no copy appeared in my sent box. Did the seller receive them? How do we fix this so I can communicate with sellers?

have you asked in the thread, if the seller has received the PMs?

somewhere in the options set part of the forum, is a check box that has to be checked to activate the PM copy in the sent section.
have you checked that it is indeed checked?

Mongo is right, spot on, tks. I need to remember to check the "copy to my sent box" option on each message!!

Go the your USER CONTROL PANEL
on the left side under Settings and Options click Edit Options
Scroll down to messaging and the last check box under Private Messaging is Save a copy of sent messages by default
