Thread Error - Admin Plz Take A Look
I received this several times today (Friday). The thread is located in Kit Building\Sig Somethin' Extra Build - page 4 post 95.

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Script timed out

/forum/tm.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.
Iuse Mozilla Firefox - 9.0.1 Also occures with IE9.0.8112.16421 Thanks for looking. Update: Was able to access the thread. Post 95 contains an inserted image that was cut-n-pasted from a google search for "smiley faces". IMHOthe RCUsoftware does NOTlike any image inserted into the text. Just sayin' ... Update (again): Ijust checked the FAQsection and there is no caution about inserting images into a text box (ctrl-v). Test time ...
|
RE: Thread Error - Admin Plz Take A Look
I confirmed with the owner of a Kit Building thread (SSE) that he too had serious problems accessing his thread after I ctrl-v inserted a smiley face into a text box. The thread had (at the time) 4 pages of posts. He could access the first 3 pages no problem. The 4th page included post 95 that had my smiley face. He would hang on that post - 20 - 30 minutes!!!!! After I was able to delete the smiley face from the text box the thread could easily be updated and move forward.
So - HEY ADMIN - ARE YOU LISTENING? A simple "yes, we are looking into the problem" will suffice.
|
