Avatar Uploading Problem

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to upload an avatar, I went to photoshop and resized the picture many times and tried multiple sizes......to tryandsolve the 'File too Large' message, but still says it's too large... Here's the pic... |

<span style="font-family: Arial;">The problem you are having is that what you are trying to upload is still to big. The size limit for uploading an avatar is a physical size limit of 85 x 85 pixels, and a file size less than 10 kb. I have resized the picture for you. Try to see if this will upload for you.</span><div>
