Most ways to log in or register do not work.
 

The small yellow sign in or sign out at the top middle of the page does not work. It is dead and doesn't even change my mouse pointer.

The "Already have an account? Click Here to Log In" also isn't working. My browser says this.

The "Register Now" and "Register" links nearby also are not working with the same message.

The only way I can log into the site is through the main page. I don't have problems on any of the other forums I visit daily.

All links are working but the yellow sign in/ sign out at the top of the page. It's just dead and can't be clicked. When hovering over it it doesn't show a link.

Also the working ssl links contain mixed content. It looks like the ad.doubleclick.net isn't https. My browser blocks mixed content but I thought I would let you know.

Hmm which browser? Seem to work ok in FF...

Pale Moon browser which is similar to Firefox. The links are not redirecting again today. I had to go to the main page and the yellow sign in works on that page now but the entire page is much more narrow than this and other pages like the main forum directory.

I tried disabling 2 suspect add-ons but it did not help.

Edit: I may have found the issue. If I visit RCU with Noscript blocking on and it sets a cookie and then allow rcuniverse.com and ajax.googleapis.com in noscript all the ways to log in above don't work until I delete the RCU cookies. It must set a cookie that doesn't change after allowing the scripts. The yellow sign in / sign out is still a no go and the mixed content is still present on the ssl pages.
