I got a very similar message. I have reported it twice, and apparently nothing has been done about it yet. The user seems to still be active. Here is a screenshot of the message:

Your very screen shot shows their status under the screen name. In this case BANNED

Indeed it does. Right before I made that screen shot, I did not even see the word Banned as I clicked on the username just above it, and it went to the page for that user, where it showed forum activity yesterday. I completely missed it, and I apologize. It seems like I am blind in one eye, and can't see out of the other one.

No worries! I woke up to about 50 tickets for that person that created a slew of accounts and started sending out that spam/phish so I didn't get to reply to each individual reported post, I wanted to spend my energy rounding them all up and getting them shut down
