File upload fails

Any idea why I cannot upload any pictures? I do not have any attachments on file. I am trying to upload a very tiny picture. Just keep saying Failed to upload file.

Sounds like it's either a connection issue or a non-accepted file type, like HEIC.

165kb jpg shrunk from my Android phone. I use them all the time everywhere.

Tried the 3meg original too.

HEIF is definitely selected OFF on my phone.

I tried one that came from my DSLR too, same result.

It depends on the size of file how long it takes for the error to appear.
