BMP File

I have a picture I want to post, unfortunatley it was sent to me in bmp format. How can I change it so I can post this photo?

do u have windows? if so, then goto start menu, then to programs, then to accessories, then to MS Paint. open the .bmp file there, and save as jpeg. done.
