New email
 

In trying to update my email address to the new one I get a window that says to enter the code that is sent to me at my new address and my email address will be updated. Well, that's fine except it never comes with the code for me to enter. So, how do I go about changing my email address?

Jim-

When you click the edit button to change your email a little window will appear. Type the new email address in that window and click continue. A new window will appear and an email will be sent to the email address you typed in the screen before. In that email will be a code to enter.

A few questions to ask yourself... Is the email address you entered the new email address? Are you able to access that email address yet to check for the new message? Are you typing the correct email address?

I am in webtv hell. When I click on the "change e-mail" it does not take me anywhere--acts like a JAVAscript error or soemthing? Could RCU administration change my e-mail for me if I ask?

Yes... send me an email with the new email address and I will change it for you.

My dumb webtv won't let me e-mail you. I will have to borrow a real computer.
