posting problems
 

About 75% of the time I try to post, I get the stupid "WE ARE SORRY" page. It gets really frustrating. I have McAfee virus, not Norton, and have all my browse setting set as low as possible as mentioned. I also have RCU as a trusted site with minimum security. Some days I can post all I want with no problems, other days I couldn't post a cry for help to save my life. Any suggestion would be GREATLY appreciated.

what mcafee services do you have? firewall, privacy?

McAfee V-shield Version 5.1

Internet zone safety: med (default)

RCU is listed as a trusted site, security level low (min)

Privacy: accept all cookies

I have read through the help sections and can nothing pertaining to firewalls.

I have completely disabled the virus program and still had problems, so I turned it back on. Occasionally, when this happens, I can reset my internet options on my tool bar to factory defaults and it will then let me post.

Occasionally I get a failed post.

To prevent loss of a large post, I copy it all to Notepad before hitting the "OK" (post) button.

Saves a lot of retyping.
