Replies and PM causes Explorer error
 

I have just reformatted my PC and when i choose reply on here or do a PM afterwards I get a "Microsoft Internet Explorer" has caused a error and wants to send a error report. I choose dont send and it shuts down all of my explorer windows.

What is wrong? never known this before. Is it something on this site or something i need to tweak on my computer, if so help because I know diddly squat about computers.

try deleting your cache files and see if that helps. if not then we do know there is a sporadic bug with IE and some other software which could cause this error. do you have any toolbars installed?

No just the normal toolbars installed, in fact I dont have anything really that isn't "stock" I am not one for filling up my PC with a load of crap with ends up slowing it down.

Perhaps seeing as I have just done a fresh re-install of XP Pro, perhaps Windows needs to do some updates and that may retify the problem.
