Can't Upgrade

I can't seem to upgrade to "Power Member" status. I tried, but I got a message that my credit card was not charged. Originally, I may have made the mistake of upgrading to "Trading Plus Member," but subsequent attempts to get to "Power Member" have not worked.

Please help.

EDIT: I had PM'd Marc, but I'm not sure if he checks those frequently.
