Wrote a long reply on how a gas carb. worked and how to set it. went to post it and came back TIMED OUT. Wasted my time giving a proper explaination. How long is this time limit and why?

I had that happen once too. BOY is that frustrating!

Now, If I write something long, or if I write something after having stepped away for a few minutes, I will highlight and copy it, or write it in another program, then copy and paste it.

anything long do a copy right before hitting submit just in case. The timeout I think is 35 minutes so if you run longer always copy. anything more than 30 seconds of typing I always copy as a precauction just in case! I've lost some whoppers and learned my lesson

I write my long replies in Word, and use the speel checker there!!

then jsut cut and paste (ctrl+a, ctrl+C, then ctrl+v to paste in teh reply window!)
